Room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a nice variety. On the downside, housekeeping didn't service our room fully during our stay.

The location is convenient, just a short walk to downtown. The room was dirty, with unclean bathrooms and dusty surfaces. Staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was decent with hot options. The walls are thin, so expect to hear your neighbors.

Check-in was a mixed experience. The staff was friendly, yet the service fell short. Requested an updated clean room, but received one that was aged with stains and peeling paint. The bathroom cleanliness was disappointing, with pet hair left behind. Breakfast had a decent selection, and coffee was a pleasant surprise. the dining area could benefit from better staffing. The pool? Ice cold. The location is fantastic—close to local attractions. But beware of the low maintenance; bees on the balcony and broken furniture create an atmosphere of neglect. There’s potential here, but it’s clear that management needs to step up their game for a truly enjoyable stay.

Spacious rooms, spacious balconies with a delightful view of a bear by the pool, and an impressive breakfast selection that exceeded our expectations while being well maintained by the attentive staff.
No complaints from me.

The rooms are big with a cozy fireplace. The free breakfast was solid, not fine dining but tasty.
It wasn’t cheap, but for what you get, it’s still reasonable.

The oversized room was great for my two dogs, with a nice balcony and a cozy fireplace. Cleanliness was hit or miss—while the first impression was good, spider webs and ants made the stay less than perfect. The hot tub needed a bit of cleaning before use. The breakfast was average but appreciated. The check-in staff was friendly, sharing amusing bear stories, yet some areas like the hallways felt worn down. the location was convenient, but the dated vibe means I'd consider other options next time. A night's stay was fine, but not beyond that.

The place is super close to all the attractions. I loved that the parking lot is easy to access and there's a trolley stop nearby.
On the downside, the breakfast options felt a bit sad and bland.

The room was spacious, allowing my pet to move around comfortably. The location was convenient, with easy access to town. the cleanliness was disappointing; I found hair on the floors and stains on the sheets. Temperature control worked well, providing a cozy atmosphere. Despite the room size, the toilet had a cleanliness issue with pet hair on the door. Noise levels fluctuated due to neighboring guests, which affected sleep quality. The breakfast offered a great variety and was consistently hot. The check-in process was crowded, and staff interactions could have been more pleasant.

I walked in and was initially impressed, but by morning, I found roaches crawling on the nightstand. It completely ruined my stay, and I couldn’t shake the feeling of disgust. Cleanliness is just not a priority here!

The hotel is within easy walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg, so I enjoyed exploring nearby attractions like the aquarium and local shops while relishing the serene environment a little further away from the noise; the spacious rooms provided comfy beds, a fireplace, and a lovely balcony view where I could see bears roaming around, yet improvements could be made to the breakfast availability as it closed a bit early.

Strong match for a brief hiatus in Gatlinburg with all in all brilliant value for money. Comfy beds and pillows.

It came with a fireplace, which was a nice touch, and a balcony where we could enjoy the view. The mini-fridge and microwave were handy, but unfortunately, they didn't seem to be working properly. On the downside, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. The floors looked like they could use a good scrub, and the musty smell in the room wasn't very pleasant. The bathroom definitely needed a thorough cleaning, as there were some issues with the shower leaking water all over the floor. The heating system in the room was a bit loud, sounding like an old car starting up every time it kicked on. The air conditioning also seemed to be on the fritz, as no matter what temperature we set, it just couldn't get it right. And to top it off, we had a bit of a spooky incident with the microwave turning on by itself in the middle of the night! the room had its positives with the fireplace and balcony, but the maintenance and cleanliness issues were a letdown. It's definitely a place that could use some improvements to make the stay more comfortable. Just wanted to share my experience with you so you know what to expect if you decide to stay here. Hope this helps!

Near cool stuff, free breakfast, WiFi. Great to explore area. Close to park. Breakfast, airport nearby, trolley stop. Ice skating, good food. Balcony and fireplace. Warned about bears. Standard and clean. Super price.
Oh joy, overpriced everything. Trash everywhere.

The hotel is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from Great Smoky Mountain National Park, making it a great spot for nature lovers. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The room had a balcony with a nice view of the city lights, a cozy fireplace, and was well-maintained and clean.
On the downside, the bed was uncomfortable, with outdated springs that made for a restless night's sleep. The pillows were too small and not very supportive.

We hit up the cool mountain trails and the happening downtown scene. The hotel was lit, close to all the action, with comfy rooms and a dope balcony view. Perfect spot for a hype weekend with the squad!
Could use a rad rooftop bar for a more lit atmosphere fitting for young adults.

The location was convenient, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions. The spacious room without carpet was a plus, providing a clean and comfortable environment during our stay. the friendly staff and adequate parking made our visit hassle-free.
There were cleanliness issues such as hair in the shower and unclean areas in the room. The breakfast options were subpar, with complaints about the quality of the food and lack of restocking.

The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was cozy and spacious, and the amenities provided endless fun. The complimentary breakfast was a hit, setting us up for each adventurous day ahead.
My kids wished for a more varied breakfast menu to cater to picky eaters.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. As adventure travelers, we appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to everything we wanted to do in Gatlinburg. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met. The room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the breathtaking view of the mountains from our balcony. The breakfast provided was tasty and fulfilling, giving us the energy we needed for our daily activities. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and outdoor pool, added an extra level of enjoyment to our stay. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our trip. this hotel provided us with a relaxing retreat with everything we needed for a memorable vacation.
That the breakfast options lacked variety, especially for those who prefer wheat bread and peanut butter.

Our room was great. A spacious, very clean room with 2 queen beds, good shower, nice balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Location is perfect. We spend an extra night than initially planned and I would come here again next time.
